Eric Frohardt
Navy SEAL Combat Veteran · Entrepreneur · ExecutiveEric’s story is not ultimately about being fearless or superhuman. It is about preparation, humility, discipline, resilience, and faith—the qualities that carry a leader when the plan no longer works.
Drawing from his Iowa farm upbringing, SEAL training, service at SEAL Team Six, combat, and the difficult transition out of the military, Eric will challenge us to consider who we become under pressure—and whether we are paying the daily rent required of leadership.
Eric served nearly 12 years on active duty, including with the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DevGru), deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan before being medically retired as a Chief in 2010 after a combat injury. He went on to found BluCore in Denver, lead StrongFirst as CEO, and serve as COO of Defy. Today he is Chief Standards Officer at Goldenrod Companies and serves on the board of Global Partners in Hope.
